This workbook is self-paced with two sections:
* Section One explores the 22 signs, designed to assist you mindfully explore if/how these mechanisms have been present in your life, how they’ve impacted you and what they look like in real life. Safe group characteristics are provided that you might have something to contrast and hold as a healthy standard. Pages for note-taking are provided every 3 pages.
* Section Two is a Reflections Section consisting of six worksheets, eight questions, and opportunities for journaling and self-exploration.
