Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because we offer downloadable or subscription services, our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from date of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You can, however, cancel the subscription services at any time with no penalty. 

Refunds

Under special circumstances, refunds may sometimes be offered for unique services, such as retreats or day-long intensives. If installment payments are offered for services, the first payment is non-refundable and the remaining payments are potentially eligible for a refund. Allowable circumstances for partial refunds include sudden major/terminal illness, medical emergencies, or catastrophic events/natural disasters. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take 5-15 business days to complete. 

Exclusions

There are no refunds offered for therapy or coaching session fees, nor will late cancellation fees/no-show fees be reimbursed. Please review the Informed Consent and Practice Policies for the fee schedule. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund but received communication form us that it’s been initiated, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
